A week long deep-dive into ancient ceremonial practices, including 2 nights with Ayahuasca plant Medicine, (the “vine of the soul”), 1 Kambo ceremony, 1 Temazcal sweatlodge, and 1 Sound Healing Journey.
Yoga, meditation, and 2 trips to the regions most stunning waterfall systems included, along with 7 nights stay at a jungle luxury retreat center, all organic farm to table meals, and preparation and integration sessions. Ample time in pristine nature, and the healing waters of rivers and ocean along the iconic coast line.
What To Expect
The retreat will be held at Rama Organica, a serene 60-acre organic farm retreat center, nestled into the rolling hills of the valley. Fresh spring water abounds here for drinking and swimming in the natural pool. The yoga and meditation deck is always available for our use, and incredible fresh fruits are always available to guests anytime for snacking!

All organic, freshly prepared meals by a private chef. 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 6 dinners (last night out at a restaurant is self-paid). All beverages included.

The price of the package ranges from $2900 - $3300 depending on your choice of accommodation.
Payment: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, the remaining 50% due upon arrival (cash preferred)
The Itinerary
April 27 - May 4
26th: Arrive to San Jose. It’s helpful to stay relatively close to the airport so the private shuttle can easily pick up people the next morning.
27th: 7-8am private shuttle departure from SJ, arrival to Rama Organica by noon. Lunch served, settling in, opening circle, and Temazcal/sweatlodge to follow.
28th: Morning meditation and yoga, followed by breakfast and free time. Light lunch and preparation for the evening talk. Late afternoon we head to the temple for first Ayahuasca ceremony that evening.
29th: Breakfast at the temple, followed by integration time, and then lunch. Time for rest before our second Ayahuasca ceremony that evening.
30th: Breakfast at Rama, followed by a trip to a local, private waterfall (Peace Falls). Time for rest, then integration circle, followed by dinner at Rama.
1st: Kambo ceremony followed by rest and breakfast. Day trip to the stunning Nauyaca waterfall to follow. Dinner at Rama.
2nd: Morning meditation and yoga, followed by breakfast at Rama. Hike up to the cave and the Diamanté Waterfalls, with an eco-therapy session at the Garden on the way. Integration time in pristine nature, with lunch at the cave. Will be back to Rama for dinner.
3rd: Morning meditation and yoga before breakfast at Rama, followed by a trip to the coast for a beach day to celebrate! Option to have a surf lesson. Full picnic lunch at the beach, and will stay on the coast for a sunset dinner.
4th: Breakfast and closing circle. Departure by noon for those leaving.

My name is Nicole, I have had roots in this area of Costa Rica for 9 years, and arrived for the first time with the sole purpose of experiencing Ayahuasca ceremonies. That has evolved into being a dedicated member of the support team for the facilitators, with endless growth and expansion along the way! During the many hundreds of ceremonies I have assited in over the years, the healing and transformation I have witnessed in myself and countless others has been nothing short of miraculous.
With a certified background in Holistic Nutrition and Hormone Health, I also have a strong passion for helping people to achieve their health and wellness goals, and integrate them into their life in a practical way. These retreats offer a chance to deep dive into the beginning of an uplifting transformational process for mind, body, and soul, and I am available to you every step of the way during the process to support you in achieving all of your intentions.
I credit this sacred plant Medicine for bringing me to a beautiful place of sobriety after far too long of struggling with addictive tendencies and have held the space for so many other incredible souls that have come to show up for themselves and do their personal healing work. That looks different for everyone, but there are common threads that unite us all, and the community created at the retreats is medicine in and of itself.
I’m honored to have hosted retreats in Portugal, Ibiza, and San Diego as well, bringing a holistic whole-body approach to healing and self-empowerment.

Optional Extra: Preparation/Integration Work with Jessica Petrone, LPC
Jessica will be doing a 1.5-hour eco therapy session as part of the package, however, if you would like additional preparation / integration therapeutic work with her, you can add it to your package. The typical rate is $140/50 minute session, however, for this retreat she is offering a special rate of $100/50 min, or $55 for a 30 min session.
Sometimes it can be helpful to have an experienced guide who is trained in preparing for and integrating after our experiences together in the circle. Jessica is a Holistic Licensed Professional Counselor, Ecotherapist, Psychedelic Integration Specialist, and has her certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. She has been steadily working in the ceremony space for the last 7 years and has great passion for working with folks who come to sit in the temple! She blends her professional expertise, experience with the Medicines, and her compassionate yet direct presence to establish a safe and grounded container for this important work.
Through the integration process with her you will be able to prepare for and make meaning of your experience with the Medicine, create actionable and lasting shifts in your life weaving your experience with the Medicines into your daily walk, as well as ignite your innate healing wisdom. The journey with the edicine is just the starting point to stepping into this new path, the integration of experience gives us the opportunity to create the transformation you’re here for. Other Optional Extras
Massage: $100 for 90 min. Potent bodywork to continue the process of releasing, integrating, and achieving wellness goals.
IV vitamin and mineral treatment (at retreat center): Doctor administered IV treatment of vitamins and minerals to assist in detoxing and replenishing the system from the inside out. Pricing varies depending on treatment chosen.
Surf lesson: $70 / 2 hours

Why Vine & Sol?
Throughout all the lineages, Ayahuasca is referred to as the “vine of the soul”. The weaving together of Costa Rica’s motto, “Pura Vida” (pure life), and the work with such a sacred and ancient plant Medicine, is part of what makes the experience of a retreat here so special. The crystalline healing waters of the rivers and springs in this area, combined with the majesty of the forest all around, truly creates the ideal container for opening to this healing work and then soaking it all in. Soaking in the sol with the soul!
